CVUSD REQUIREMENT |

Throughout the course of one year and working a total of 8 weeks with each swimming group, students were able to move from blowing bubbles and walking in the shallow end to swimming full laps on their own. Other students who were more developed in the water were able to learn a variety of swimming strokes and improve their cardiovascular fitness levels. Evidence of this can be seen in the short video above.

Aquatics Unit is required for ALL CVUSD 9th grade students.
